Return policy
This policy applies only to physical sample items listed on the gear page when they are invoiced through the volunteer desk. It does not alter statutory rights for consumers in Germany or the United States.
Eligibility window
You may request a return within fourteen calendar days of receiving a shipment provided the packaging is unopened or the item shows no signs of outdoor use beyond normal inspection indoors.
How to begin
Email contact@zephyroxmyjlix.world with the invoice reference, photographic documentation, and a short description of the concern. A reply typically arrives within five business days.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is required because of an incorrect shipment initiated by the desk, outward return postage is paid by the sender. Refunds include the item price but not optional courier upgrades.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on remaining volunteer stock. If no replacement exists, a refund is offered instead.
Aftercare
Return decisions are logged anonymously to guide future packing lists. Personal data is deleted once the accounting copy is archived.
