By visiting this website you agree to follow these balanced terms. They exist to keep volunteer labor predictable and to document that cycling activity carries inherent hazards independent of this project.

Informational scope

Route posts, elevation schematics, and roster notes are general-public drafts. They are not custom advice for any individual rider, and they may omit temporary road work that appears after publication.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt hosting infrastructure, harvest email addresses through automated scripts, or upload malicious attachments through contact tools. Respect other participants when suggesting edits.

Volunteer edits

Editors may remove language that violates law or creates safety confusion. Removal logs are kept for at least six months for transparency reviews.

Liability cap

To the extent permitted by German and applicable U.S. state law, the operators are not liable for indirect damages arising from reliance on published distances, weather hints, or compatibility meters that appear on the riders page.

Governing forum

Primary interpretation follows the laws of Germany for business visitors. Consumers resident in the European Union retain mandatory protections available in their home country.
